Terms of Service
All orders are printed to the size(s) and frame color(s) specified in the order details submitted by the user.
We offer a quick turnaround time for orders. Processing time is usually 2-4 business days while time in transit is dependent upon the shipping option selected at time of checkout. Our packaging and shipping department processes the finished order for shipment by carefully packaging it for courier pickup.
None of the images for sale may be reproduced in any form or by any means electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of printsthatpop.com. We print our Giclée Fine-Art prints exclusively on Moab Exhibition Luster paper with gloss optimizer coating—the top-choice among professional photographers. This premium paper combines the best aspects of matte and glossy paper, providing you with an elegant texture along with a glare-free shine. This paper is optimized for premium ink retention and stunning color resolution. Our images are currently available in four sizes, 5x7”, 8x10”, 11x14", and, 12x18" .
Our frames are 7/8", solid wood with your choice of natural, black, or gold veneer as shown on each product page. All our frames come with clear acrylic (plexiglass). Acrylic is shatter resistant and less likely to break during shipping. White matting and hanging hardware is included with all framed print purchases.
Watermarks do not appear on any prints. Printed colors may vary slightly.
Sales tax is included. Our prints ship via UPS or USPS. United States shipping only. International orders are not available at this time.

Your purchase will appear on your credit card and/or PayPal statement as PRINTS POP or PRINTSTHATPOP.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your print, we will refund your entire order. If you contact us within 30 days of the original order date, we will either replace or refund any print that you deem unsatisfactory.
IF YOUR PRINT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, please contact us within a week of receiving your damaged print so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged print refunded or replaced. To expedite the process, please take some photos of the damaged print. These photos will be used for submitting the appropriate claims to the shipping carrier. In order to request a replacement or refund, please connect with us through our contact page.
